Drawing is ultimately an act of observation, and like many other skills, it is something that can be learned and developed through practice. I truly believe anyone can learn to draw. It takes patience, practice, careful observation, and a willingness to put in the time—you don’t have to be born with some special artistic ability to become a great artist. My classes and mentorship program are designed to help you slow down, look more closely, and develop the skills needed to translate what you see into thoughtful, detailed graphite drawings.

Rather than simply giving you information, I want to help you understand why something works, identify what may be holding your work back, and give you the tools and direction to continue improving long after our time together.

6-Week Foundational Mentorship

1. Weekly one-on-one sessions — Private instruction via Google Meet, with each lesson building on your progress.

The goal isn't simply to complete six classes. It's to help you develop the skills, confidence, and understanding to continue growing as an artist long after the mentorship ends.

Continuing Your Instruction

After completing the six-week mentorship, students are welcome to continue developing their skills through ongoing weekly mentorship sessions or individual one-on-one classes. Whether you want continued guidance and accountability or simply need occasional feedback and instruction as you progress, you can continue working together in a format that best fits your goals.
